Let's make it clearer.

Send a correction, tutorial idea, privacy request, or partnership question. A real person reviews each message.

This form opens your mail app; it does not silently upload or store your message.

Before you write

Help us act on your message.

Reporting a correction

Include the page URL, the heading or code block involved, what you expected, and what you observed. Version numbers, error text, and links to current product documentation help us reproduce a technical issue. We check specific reports against the live tool before changing an article and prioritize errors that could block a reader's work.

Suggesting a tutorial

Tell us the outcome you are trying to reach, the tool or platform involved, and which part currently feels confusing. We do not publish every suggestion, but clear reader problems help shape the editorial queue. We favor topics where a tested example, comparison, or repeatable workflow can add genuine value.

Advertising and partnerships

Identify your organization, the proposed placement or collaboration, the relevant dates, and any disclosure requirements. Advertising cannot purchase a favorable review, editorial ranking, or undisclosed endorsement. Commercial messages are evaluated separately from the editorial process and must be clearly distinguishable from WiseyJoy content.

Privacy and data requests

Use [email protected] for access, deletion, consent, or cookie questions. Describe the request and the country or region whose rights you are invoking; do not send passwords, payment details, or unnecessary identity documents in an initial email. We will explain any verification needed before acting on a protected request.

What happens next: messages are routed by topic, reviewed for enough context, and answered from the appropriate WiseyJoy address. We may ask a follow-up question when an issue cannot be reproduced. Sending a message does not subscribe you to marketing, create an account, or add your address to a public list. Editorial suggestions are evaluated on usefulness, accuracy, and fit with the existing library; sending an idea does not guarantee publication or create a confidential relationship. Please keep your own copy of time-sensitive correspondence.
